Contract-config-aware: the structural skeleton is uniform across contract types; governing law, seat of arbitration, courts of exclusive jurisdiction, stamp-duty State, and registration State are user-supplied. Battle-tested for Master Service Agreement, Non-Disclosure Agreement, Employment Agreement and Independent Contractor agreement, Lease Deed and Leave & License agreement, Sale Deed of immovable property, General and Special Power of Attorney (post-Suraj Lamp discipline), Shareholders Agreement (Companies Act 2013 + AoA alignment), Last Will and Testament, Loan Agreement, and standalone Arbitration Agreement. Six-agent drafting pipeline (Reader → Format → Drafter → Verifier → Refiner → Overseer) + shared contract drafting base with the Indian Contract Act 1872, Transfer of Property Act 1882, Registration Act 1908, Indian Stamp Act 1899, Arbitration and Conciliation Act 1996, and DPDP Act 2023 discipline encoded. The finished product is an execution-ready contract or instrument the chamber can stamp, sign, and execute the same day.
