For every advocate practising before India's Family Courts under the Family Courts Act 1984 and the matrimonial-jurisdiction tier of District Courts, this open-source Claude Code plugin standardises drafting across India's plural personal-law regimes — Hindu Marriage Act 1955, Special Marriage Act 1954, Indian Divorce Act 1869, Muslim Personal Law, Parsi Marriage and Divorce Act 1936 — and the State Family-Court overlay applicable to the parties. The structural skeleton is uniform; personal-law and State overlay are supplied by the user via a family-config file. Battle-tested for Divorce (HMA / SMA / IDA), Judicial Separation, Restitution of Conjugal Rights, Nullity of Marriage, Maintenance (Section 125 BNSS + Section 24 HMA + Section 18 HAMA), Custody and Guardianship (Guardians and Wards Act 1890 + Hindu Minority and Guardianship Act 1956), Domestic Violence reliefs (PWDVA 2005), and Adoption (HAMA / Juvenile Justice Act 2015). Six-agent drafting pipeline (Reader → Format → Drafter → Verifier → Refiner → Overseer) and shared family pleading base. The finished product is a filing-ready petition, application, or written statement the counsel can lodge at the Family Court the same working day.
