For every conveyancing advocate, transactional lawyer, sub-registrar's panel advocate, and family-property counsel practising across India — wherever a Gift Deed, Exchange Deed, Release Deed, Trust Deed, Wakf Deed, Easement Deed, Partition Deed, Family Settlement Deed, Mortgage Deed, or Title Investigation Report has to be drawn for registration before the State Sub-Registrar — this open-source Claude Code plugin standardises non-commercial conveyancing and family-property drafting. (Complements indian-contracts-drafting, which covers the commercial-contracts side.) State-config-aware: the applicable State Stamp Act schedule, Registration Act 1908 compulsory-registration position, Sub-Registrar office, Ready Reckoner / Market Value rates, mutation entry route, and State-specific instrument variations are user-supplied via a deed-config file and the relevant state-config exemplar. Battle-tested for Gift Deeds under Sections 122-129 of the Transfer of Property Act 1882, Exchange Deeds under Sections 118-121 TPA, Release Deeds, Private Trust Deeds under the Indian Trusts Act 1882, Wakf Deeds under the Wakf Act 1995 read with the Mussalman Wakf Validating Act 1913, Easement Deeds under the Indian Easements Act 1882, Partition Deeds (private partition between coparceners / co-owners outside court), Family Settlement Deeds (Hindu family settlement / consent-of-heirs settlement), Registered Mortgage Deeds under Section 59 TPA, and Title Investigation Reports (title chain + encumbrance + marketable title opinion for due diligence). Six-agent drafting pipeline + shared property drafting base with the Indian Contract Act 1872, Transfer of Property Act 1882, Registration Act 1908, Indian Stamp Act 1899, applicable State Stamp Acts, Indian Easements Act 1882, Indian Trusts Act 1882, Wakf Act 1995, Hindu Succession Act 1956, Indian Succession Act 1925, Mussalman Personal Law (Shariat) Application Act 1937, Suraj Lamp (2012) discipline, and Section 53A TOPA agreement-to-sell discipline encoded. The finished product is a Sub-Registrar-ready deed the chamber can stamp, sign, and register the same day.
