skills-lab is a meta-skill plugin for engineers who build and maintain agent operating systems. It packages reusable, gated protocols for high-stakes operations on agent codebases — the kind of work where a single sloppy edit corrupts a whole skill graph. The first skill, skill-transplant, grafts a feature from a source repo into a target repo via a 5-phase gated protocol (survey → plan → graft → verify → integrate), with explicit checkpoints so a human can intercept before any irreversible step.
