U.S. EB-2 National Interest Waiver (NIW) skills for DIY self-petitioners and immigration professionals. Currently includes niw-evaluate (pre-filing case evaluation under the current USCIS adjudication standard, with Dhanasar three-prong analysis, citation discipline, and achievable case ceiling for prospective applicants). Future skills in this plugin will cover endeavor-statement drafting, petition letter drafting, recommendation letters, evidence research, and RFE/NOID response.
