VibeRadar turns Claude Code conversation history into a structured analysis of how a developer collaborates with AI. It classifies each user message by conversational position — opening, directing, correcting, confirming, or continuing — extracts countable signals, and scores six distinct collaboration dimensions using a deterministic formula baseline plus a bounded qualitative adjustment (maximum ±15) that must cite evidence. The result is a self-contained, single-file HTML report that includes an overall grade (S/A/B/C/D), a radar chart, a behavioral MBTI collaboration archetype derived from reasoning patterns and directive style rather than simple keyword matching, and 3-7 actionable suggestions grounded in real session data. VibeRadar is privacy-first by design: everything runs locally, session files are accessed read-only from ~/.claude/projects/, and there are no network calls, API keys, or telemetry. Zero dependencies, under 200KB.
